Shipping & Returns
Zimele Broadcasting Services uses reputable courier companies to deliver goods ordered online.
Deliveries can be sent to two types of areas:
· Local to Johannesburg
· Regional (all main areas covered)
The cost of delivery will be calculated at check-out and will be based on your delivery address.
Our standard costs are as follows:
· Local to Johannesburg R100
· Regional R150
You can choose to rather collect your order from our showroom in Randburg. Please select this option at checkout.
Items that require a formal quote will incur different pricing to those online. This is due to the fact that Zimele ships products from other countries and this shipping cost will be calculated and added to the total amount of the order.
Zimele Broadcasting Services does not keep stock of all products sold on the website. This is because many items are ordered from our suppliers only after an order is placed on the website. With this in mind, Zimele will endeavour to communicate when a product is likely to be delivered.
Zimele will take all reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that listed products are removed from our website. However, Zimele cannot guarantee the availability of stock and we will only be liable for delivery of the products when the products are available. When products are no longer available after conclusion of a sale, Zimele will notify the customer and the customer will be entitled to either select another product proposed to them or choose to receive a refund of the amount paid.
Orders will only be dispatched when payment has cleared in the Zimele bank account.
Orders of goods that are stocked with suppliers will take a few days for the item to arrive with us. If the goods are out of stock, the delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days.
In this event, a member of the Zimele team will get in touch with you regarding your order.
There can be delays in getting packages to you that might extend the delivery time beyond the time that we advise you. We cannot be held liable for deliveries that are late as a result of delays that are out of our control.
Online orders do not ship outside of South Africa. However, please contact us to arrange a quote. Sales01@zimele.com
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package hasn’t arrived when you expect it or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us in writing within 3 days of the date of the courier.
It is up to the purchaser to thoroughly inspect delivered goods upon delivery to ascertain whether the entire consignment has been delivered and that there has been no damage in transit.
For non-delivery or damage in transit, Zimele will be limited to replacing the relevant goods within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note at the pro rata Contract rate against any invoice raised for such non-delivered or damaged goods.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the time you received your order.
For goods to be returned or exchanged, items will need to be unused and packaged in their original packaging (in the same condition it was sent in), including all accessories, manuals etc.
A proof of purchase is also required.
Zimele will inspect all returned goods before any refund or exchange is given.
If these conditions are not met, Zimele reserves the right to deny a return or exchange.
Shipping costs for goods being exchanged or refunded, other than if damaged, will be at the responsibility of the buyer.
If you cancel your order before we have dispatched your goods, we are able to cancel it without incurring a cost. However, if your order has already been shipped, please contact us and follow the procedure for returns.
